Why did you put LEDs in Pabobo night lights?
-
One LED converts about 95% of its energy into light and therefore does not emit heat, unlike a conventional bulb.
LEDs save energy thanks to very low consumption.
Pabobo night lights consume between 0.25 and 3 watts (it’s good for the planet and for the wallet).
In addition, LEDs have a very long lifespan: almost 10 years!
-
How to optimize the life of my product?
-
Most of our stand-alone products are supplied with batteries (which allow autonomy).
This battery has a memory which can deteriorate if the charging times are not respected.
We advise you to respect the charging times indicated in the instructions, especially for the first use, then during daily use and to let your pilot light completely discharge before recharging.
For products with charge indicator: as soon as the indicator turns green, the charge is complete and you can therefore disconnect your product.

How does micro-usb charging works?
-
Pabobo came up with the idea of offering micro-USB charging on its rechargeable products.
It is a widely used standard for many electronic products and it is also the charging standard for smartphones.
The supplied USB cable allows you to easily recharge your product on the sector with a standard Smartphone adapter or on your computer.
Generally, you can load it on any USB source.
- Why is the USB cable so short?
The supplied micro USB cable is deliberately short (less than 30 cm) to avoid any risk of strangulation.
Thus our products can be certified for use from birth. - What if I don’t have a smartphone or computer?
You can purchase a standard USB / AC power adapter. There is a wide variety of them at very different prices, but overall it is very accessible (from € 1.50).

Since some are photosensitive, they only light up in the dark. If the problem continues, contact our Customer Service.
For Lumilove:
Make sure they are charged!
Moreover, to preserve your battery, it is important to respect the charging times indicated in the manual.
For battery-powered products:
Make sure you have inserted the batteries (and the correct way round!)

Can the Lumilove Barbapapa be lit on its base?
-
For security reasons, it is normal that the Lumilove Barbapapa cannot light up on its base when it is connected to the mains.
Thus, children are not attracted to their luminous companion.
In addition, unlike the pin systems on other charger bases, the induction system that we use does not present any risk, even in the event of contact with a metallic object.
-
Can micro-USB products be turned on when charging?
-
For safety reasons, Pabobo products are always switched off when charging.
In this way, children are not tempted to play with the product or the cable when the product is connected to your computer or to the socket.
-
With or without batteries?
-
Did you know that the discharge time of an alkaline battery is on average between 50 and 60 hours?
Alkaline batteries provide energy equivalent to 1.5 volts.
Depending on the consumption of the purchased device, they will run out more or less quickly.
To ensure the proper functioning of our products, we advise you to take brand-name, non-rechargeable alkaline batteries.

What is the content of the 2009 standard on wall-mounted night lights? Is the automatic night light concerned?
-
